We know that lapis and Jasper have had history together. From Malachite, to Jasper trying to from Malachite again, and Lapis pretty much acting like the biggest emo.

But what if it wasn't always like this? What if they've seen each other before? Let's take a look at Lapis back story. (Just end at lapis being poofed.)

While most people look at the gem who poofed Lapis, people keep missing a huge detail in this.

My theory? Jasper was there the day Lapis was poofed.
