:black_small_square: Is there anything that may keep you from doing your job as a curator?

Example; School, Work, Activities, other Aminos, etc

Yes there is. I have school which is from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. from Monday - Friday except Thursday. Thursday I start school from 9:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. I have club activities/ meetings every other Wednesday and I tutor kids from 3:45- 4:45 p.m.. (Depending when I get there and how much homework the student has) I also have homework of my own to complete.

:black_small_square: What do you think you could provide for the community? Any examples?

Honestly I dont know what else I could possibly provide for this community. The former and current leaders and curators of the SOA have done a wonderful job at running this amino and making sure that the amino is full of positive energy. There isnt anything that I can particularly provide other than to help the staff in what they do and make sure that everyone follows the guidelines. Though I can help with people who have issues or emotional problems. I have a friend who had issues with someone and felt really depressed over a period of time. They didnt want to talk, anyone, and just wanted to bottle themselves up. After a short while, we had a heart to heart conversation and I was able to help them realize a few things that actually made them feel better. There would be times when they would still feel that guilt or regret about that unfortunate event but I would still be there to help them.

Yes I am aware of the tools that is available to curators. They are able to:

•Disable blogs or public chats

•Add, move, or remove featured posts on the front page

•Add, move, or remove posts in the topic categories

•Approve wiki submissions

:black_small_square: Are you familiar with the Guidelines? What are some things s cannot do, and what are some things s can do? How are s usually punished for breaking the guidelines?

Some things that s cannot do are:

•spam

•make off topic posts

•post gore/NSFW blogs without a warning

•steal/trace art

Some things that s can do are:

•create quizzes/polls

•post their art

•socialize with others

s are usually punished by:

•warnings

•strikes

•or getting banned

I do have experience but I am no longer a curator or a part of that amino.

Not really. I'm not sensitive to cursing but when it comes to mature content, it depends.

I actually work pretty well. I have experienced this many times in school and I would always feel stressed and reckless. My work cant always be completed when I feel this way. I try remaining calm and continue to finish what's left of my work.

:black_small_square: You are discussing with the other staff, and a staff member disagrees with your views on a topic. How do you react?

Well I would react calmly and just let it go. Things like this aren't a big deal plus, we all have our opinions. Everyone has their own ideas, knowledge, and ways of thinking.

I would tell that person that the staff chat is 100% private and is not to be shared.

:black_small_square: Someone is bullying another . How do you take care of it?

I would tell the bully that what they are doing is really disrespectful. They shouldn't be in amino to make others feel bad about themselves. Why become a member in the 1st place if all you intend to do is hurt others? In the end, I would tell them to not do anything rash to anyone else or else they will have to face serious consequences.

Blogs that I would disable are:

•face reveals

•gore/NSFW blogs w/o a warning

•personal info (address, etc.)

•off topic posts

•traced/ stolen art

•any "thx for ____ followers"

•vent art

•fanart

:black_small_square: Your friend has just broken a guideline. How would you treat them?

As any other , I would have to punish them the way I would punish other s who have broke the guidelines. Just because they are my friends doesnt mean that they can get a . I need to be fair in the way I treat others when they break the guidelines.
