1. I'd first let it go but if they will post it for the 2nd time an oc on their blog then i would say that you can please Not post more oc's cause it's too off topic. if you can post you'r oc doesn't mean you can be off-topic all the time.
2. I would first tell a online leader of this amino but if there wasn't an online leader then I would say to stop harassing (like giving them a warning) if they didn't listen to me I would ask a curater to help me or just give them a strike
3. Then I would say to please delete the post cause it's off topic
4. When they are breaking the rules and not listening to the rules, when they are being mean and harassing other people non stop, when they are not listening to the curater's and leader's
