This year I think hasn’t been great for SW fans. The Battlefront Collection was an unfinished product to exploit nostalgia, the Acolyte was an absolute catastrophe, SW: Outlaws just doesn’t seem all that interesting to play, and Respawn’s single player FPS Star Wars game has been cancelled.
Did EA just forget that Titanfall 2 is one of the greatest FPS games ever made? Guess so. And while it’s on the table, I have zero interest in checking out Outlaws. Its gameplay and AI look equally laughable, maybe its story could be a saving grace for the game but I can’t say for sure. Either way, I’d take Respawn’s SW title over Outlaws even taking into what little we know about it.
