Working with Eclipse

A few days after the process of getting Lady and the now named Eclipse to meet. As it went well they were placed in stalls beside each other and Eclipse calmed down a lot in comparison to being somewhat alone. She was calm enough for me to start working with her at least.

I brought her out to the enclosed paddock in moorland to let her run off some energy first. She seemed somewhat eager to escape but seemed to think the better of it when faced with the high fence.

After some time she calmed down and started grazing at the grass near the fence. I slowly started to inch closer. It went well as she seemed to ignore my presence. Soo I was able to stand beside her, without problem.

After ten minutes I slowly moved my hand up to touch her. It seemed like we were stuck in a moment, that would last forever. But then I felt my hand touch her furry side for the first time and a great feeling of joy overcame me. This could work.
