"What Is The Difference Between Editing & Drawing?"

Editing

Editing is something(filter, effect, drawing extra things) on a PICTURE. Editing is really hard too, yes. Editing's definition is: "Removing unnecessary or inappropriate words" for this. But editing is NOT only removing something. There is a picture and you edit it. Also, if you do editing and drawing(both) you will understand the difference. It may not be a "masterpiece" but when you try it, you understand the difference between them.

Drawing

You do this without a picture. IF you do a background which YOU draw, it is still a drawing. If there is not a picture there, it is Absolutely a drawing. When you think on game, drawings are not like the game's ground. Background may be seem like Mistfall, Epona, etc. but still a drawing.

"What do You Suggest For Editing/Drawing?"

I suggest IbisPaintX and Pixlr. Tutorial for IbisPaintX by Abbie Underforce.

"How Do I Draw?"

It needs practice. But try reference on start! It will help you understand how it is. But this may not work for every people; everyone's learning strategy is different, but I learned this way. I just reference the hooves now. I still can't draw them, but once my hand is used to it, I will be drawing every horse without reference on anywhere. It really takes practice, as I said. I sometimes draw on my SSO pictures, so it has a shape of the game's horses.

Why did I make this post? Because:

I see some people are saying that "This is NOT an edit." And I wanted to clarify it. I can see it is needed, so artists would my struggle when people can't understand the difference between editing and drawing. YOU may be not, but some of us can't understand the difference. THIS IS NORMAL! It isn't bad when you don't know it, it is bad if you don't LEARN it. Keep in mind!
