Before I can even comment on the horse itself, I must appriciate the details of the blue sparks in the background. Like wow it gives your art a magical feeling to it and certain adds a lot more character to your art. I love how your title is "shining lights" and you have the little blue lights as part of your art. Honestly, you have an incredible eye for details. Keep it up.

Furthermore, the detailing on your horse is exceptional. Like wow, I love the shading to say the least. The amount of shading and highlighting throughout your art increases the quality a lot, it adds a lot more realism with the highlights and shading.
