A short introduction

I guess I should say a quick hello :blush: Hiya there to anyone reading this, and welcome to my curator application! I'm very excited so let's get on with this right away, but first I wish the best of luck to everyone else applying, which I know is going to be a lot of people :sweat_smile: it's gonna be fun competition, I'm glad to be ing you all in it! Now without further ado, let the fun begin :D.

1 ~ What is my name and nickname(s)

My name is Hilda, not my actual name, but the name I like to go by as it is my Star Stable name :3.

I have many nicknames, and of course I'm always open to obtaining a new one xD most notably I am called Nugget (this comes from a funny story about a rediculous chat ban in sso), Hilfa (a wondrous misspelling of my name that wasn't caught in time) and Messiah Hildoigoff (Uh.. I'm not sure about this one x3). Either way, I'll respond to anything if you shout it enough xD.

3 ~ Tell us a bit about yourself

Firstly before delving right into positives, I'd like to speak generally about myself :3 I will have been playing sso for 6 years this November, and thus its a great ion of mine and I've stuck through the occasional disappointing update because I truly do love this game.

My favourite horse is my Icelandic Guardian, as pictured below and my favourite area in sso is Dino Valley because I adore snow ^w^

Now in singing my praises, I'd like to say that I consider myself very friendly and protective of those I considered friends, and anyone who chooses to our lovely community is very much my friend ^3^ therefore, anyone needing some , help or comfort is welcome to come talk with me or reach out to me for anything, regardless of how strange it may be. I want everyone to feel welcome here so would try to break down the wall between and curators, as many have said to me in the past they are afraid to reach out to someone because they don't want to say something wrong and get in trouble. If I got the role or curator, it would be a priority of mine to improve relationships between our team and all who live in our big family :D.

I would also consider myself very determined when I have a ion for something, and I can tell you flat out that I'm ionate about the roles of a curator and would be honoured to play that part. I show my dedication to my work in how I will give it all the necessary time to reach perfection, and will always do additional work to make sure something I create isn't below par. This will also feed into my punctuality, meaning I will have work completed well in time and never last minute, because I value my work and believe it deserves time and effort. In of the community, I would shown my dedication to it by giving back to the who make up our big family, by searching out the work of others that goes unnoticed often due to them being too shy to put it up for CuratorReview and giving them the spotlight they deserve.

Now, as you said, not everyone is perfect so I'd better give you a rundown of a few of my flaws :sweat_smile: .

So, I can be rather shy sometimes and I don't like to actively speak out unless encouraged. But I get around this by surrounding myself with people who want me to do well, my friends and family who will give me the I need to speak my mind. Sometimes though, I might need a bit more nudging, especially when it comes to persay making a controversial post about drama in the community, because I'm a bit scared of people telling me I'm wrong.

I'm also quite self conscious, and unconfident in my ability so I can get upset easily when someone critiques me harshly. I'll need to have my confidence boosted occasionally and told that I am worthy of everything I have achieved, because sometimes my mind can take over and put me down. But it's something I can learn to control, especially with the of colleagues and friends :blush: .

4 ~ Have you broken any guideline in a community prior to this point?

I will disclose that I was involved, though not directly in some drama in the past that did have two who I will not expose that broke community guidelines as a result of their unrelated actions. I myself did not break any rules and have clarified this previously with a leader so I can now give you the answer, no, I have not broken any guidelines or rules

5 ~ Do you have any past experience as a staff member?

On Amino, sadly not :sweat_smile: however, in my real life I am a student ambassador who works with the staff to provide and guidance to younger pupils in my school :3

6 ~ Why should we pick you for curator?

As a curator, I will be a dedicated and kind role model to all in our community and give back to them by featuring posts that deserve to be seen but are often lost in a river of constant new content. I will make everyone feel at home and instantly welcomed and given the chance to quickly make friends. I will give you all the time I can as a student in full time education, and will use that time wisely to improve our community and also to enjoy myself with my fellow team and form bonds with them all ^w^. You will have the very best of me at all times, and nothing will stop that :hearts: .

7 ~ Are you a star rider?

Yes I am! I have been a star rider for almost 5 years and I upgraded to lifetime last year around this time :3

And so here we are, my novel I mean application is complete! :D I hope you enjoyed it and if you're a leader reading this, I hope you consider me a possible candidate for curator :3 even still, I'm honoured and overjoyed to even be taking part, so I guess all that's left is to wait and see the results >w>

Along with giving everyone a big old helping of good luck, I want to wish my best friend and favourite person alive, Kateigh the absolute best in everything, especially in these applications, because while I think everyone is deserving of the role in some way, I knew she had earnt it from the first moment we met :blush: I hope you'll give her application a read, it'll be well worth your time if you believe mine was worth it too
