I’m so excited to apply for this! Let’s get into it!

1) What is your name and preferred nickname?

My name- both on SSOA and on SSO- is Ella Diamondlee, but you can call me Ella or Gem. Whichever you want :blush: My club calls me Gem, but others call me Ella.... I don’t really care, whichever you prefer is fine with me :grin:

2) What timezone are you in? How active are you? (Include screenshot of your recent times either here or at the end of your application)

I am in CST-Central Time Zone (USA). This is pretty standard time, I believe you should know what it is. I am actually active, because I pretty much just stay at home all day. I definitely check in every day! Other photos are at the bottom of the page :blush:

-note- I am not active today because I’m having a friend over, but I am normally more active than this.

3) How much time are you willing to spend if you are chosen as a curator?

As much time as needed. I realize that this takes a lot of time. I am possibly not as busy as normal people, due to the fact that I am homeschooled. Also, I pretty much have no social life, so I rarely leave the house. I am willing to spend much more time, even than I am right now, on this amino- if I am chosen. I am very committed to my jobs, and I take time on them.

4) What does being a curator mean to you? Why do you want to be one?

Being a curator is a lot of responsibility. You need to know how to use your power respectfully and maturely. Being chosen to be a curator would be an amazing privilege to me. I would absolutely be honored to be chosen. I have responsibility right now, as I am the co-owner of 3 groups on SSOA. I want to be a curator because I love helping people. People say I am incredibly nice and honest. I think I could truly contribute to the community in awesome ways, gently reminding people of their off topic posts, and featuring amazing works of art, edits, and PSAs.

5) Do you have any past experience as a (either curator or leader) on any Amino? (If yes, provide links to the communities even if you are no longer a mod there)

On a club amino, I am a curator, but that doesn’t have any bad things happening, I mostly just feature posts. Here is the amino- Thunder Champions Legacy Amino (yes I know this is not my club, it’s my friend’s club)

6) Are you a Star Rider?

Yes, I got lifetime about... 3 years ago maybe? I have not completed all of the main quests because I am too lazy to do rep quests... -cough- oh well.... I am level 18.

7) List three of a curator’s responsibilities.

Featuring worthy posts, blocking off-topic posts (such as thanks for ___ followers, horse models, or... anything not related to sso), and making sure there is no drama (in chats, in comments, etc). Being nice to all is also a responsibility, which I promise will fulfill.

8) If someone in the Amino was starting drama publicly, how would you handle it?

Drama is against the guidelines. If the drama was started in a chat, I would kick them from the chat, and if they get out of hand, ban them from the Amino. If the drama is in comments, then I would disable the comments, and if they are getting out of hand, kicking them from the Amino. I will need guidance to tell what is worthy of disabling versus what is worthy of ban, but after that I am sure I can handle.

Of course, for all drawings, I would make sure that they are actually drawn by the person by DMing them for proof before I feature it.
