Clubs on other servers/regions?

This is something I’ve been thinking about since I’ve come in with players from all over the world.

What are clubs like in your region? Or on your server?

Here on the swedish servers clubs are a BIG deal. From what I understand from other servers the clubs here on air star for example is somewhat unique, most big and popular clubs have been around since the beginning, or at least around 2013.

An important part of becoming a big club on any swedish server is that you have to have a website or an instagram. Or both. I think this is something most swedish players are used to, it’s normal for an active and serious club to have theese things, it’s what you expect.

One thing that probably would boggle most people’s mind is that we even have websites and instagrams dedicated to listing all the popular clubs on the server. Most of them are somewhat outdated now though.

An important thing for a swedish club is that you have a structure. People here look for clubs that have a thought out system, with rules, requirements, different jobs for and such. Jobs could be anything from welcoming new players and make sure they fit in, planning and holding events, helping out with clubwork etc.

Something that a serious club usually have is an application form, usually on their website, where interested people can apply. Then most clubs have interviews for new players, like a job interview pretty much.

Another thing that’s important is the focus of the club. Most clubs focus on community and companionship, or to hold fun events. Some are realistic, but generally friendship and good times are the focus.

Events are something all clubs probably have, but clubs on the swedish servers often plan the events for the month weeks before. An active club have 2-7 events a week, most likely riding lessons and games, but other things are not out of the question such as movie nights and other games than star stable.

So now that I’ve explained the basics to the usual swedish clubs,

I want to know if the clubs on your server have any diffrences? Anything you really like about them or dislike? It can be short or long, it doesn’t really matter.
