Salutations Heartlesss!! Perfect Cell here.... :smiling_imp:
Today I wanted to report on something quite news worthy, as it might affect some, if not all everyone.

So recently there was this small time gaming review company called Brash Games. Nothing too out of the ordinary, just a regular site that posts game reviews.
However, this little company holds a little dark secret.....
Recently this year ( and as of right now ) the company had not been paying its employees, for over two months.
They had deliberately changed their writers review scores and reviews entirely, and worse.... they even been removing writers names OFF their own articles, and replacing it with the company's name.
Now Iam not going to report the whole story as it has been covered by other big journalists and YouTubers. I do recommend watching this video https://youtu.be/sUwzpEE9KsI done by Jim Sterling, whom gives a little advice at the end that might be helpful.
Also you can check out this Kotaku Article by an ex- Brash employee http://www.kotaku.co.uk/2017/04/08/writer-quits-spectacularly-after-site-screws-everyone-over

My Message
-----------------
Basically what I've been wanting to say is, from looking at this situation with Brash, under no circumstances should a writer or journalist go about doing their work without payment.
Indeed it is a tough job and for those young and wanting to gain experience, do it but know you are learning from it, do it so that you are improving your style of writing and skill of language. Heck even posting here, even with just a few words is still note worthy of an article, to test out waters or just to try it out. But if you are looking for a more professional environment I do think blogging still helps.
But never do it if there is no gain for you in it. You are human, you need money to live in life and that is a fact. Your skill is not a free, it is a skill that you are good at.
Anyway, I do appreciate if people take their time to read this, I know it ain't related to SE but more so I still find it import for both journalism and for gaming.
Anyway Peace :smiling_imp:
