im sorry to say this if you really like afro but I really hate it. It may seem uwu xD quirky but seriously its one of the worst hairstyles in the game. Let me give you my honest hairstyle tierlist for a sec
Let me clear this up, afro is NOT THE WORST hairstyle. Imo, its top D tier.
Alright let me give you 5 reasons why it is bad :)
1. Hats do not fit it, like at all...
This is basically my biggest pet peeve with the afro hairstyle. Barely any hats even look good on this large ass hairstyle and it just does not look good being squished like that.
This one looks even worse lmao
2. Headphones make it even worse :skull: :skull: :skull:
Same as last category, but oh my god headphones just penetrate the center of the afro and it just does not look good at all.
3. Golden toothpick just.... disappears?
nice now you got a golden stick coming out of your hair congrats you beat IA3
4. Looks absolutely terrible when looking from the back
idk about you but when playing the game I want the back side of my characters to actually look decent instead of looking at an eyesore the entire time and so thats why I play inkling girl :grinning:

5. The other octoling boy hairstyle outclasses it by far
The octo boy hairstyle literally looks good with anything and thats why it outclasses afro so much. Plus its not an eyesore to look at.

The reason the toothpick disappears is because as you can seen it’s made to look like a takoyaki ball on a stick and so the Afro is meant to be the takoyaki ball
