The number 1 hero ever since Captain Cuttlefish's retirement, Mika embodies everything the symbol of peace and justice stood for. Insanely strong and always with a smile on her face to put anyone in need of help at ease, she ensures that the quirk One For All lives up to its name. Though sometimes, it is questionned whether she doesn't disown herself in the progress.
Hero name: Captain 3 (formerly Agent 3)
Age: Early 20s
Quirk: One For All. This is an energy-stockpiling quirk which can be transferred from one person to another through DNA (but only if the current holder wishes to do so). It's been around for nine generations and harbors extreme power, boosting physical prowess, durability, stamina and agility to absurd levels. It is the only quirk which cannot be taken by All For One.
Likes: Friends, saving people, computing
Actual eye color: Brown. Green glow is when using One For All.
When I made All For One my main villain, there had to be someone with the One For All quirk as well, as it follows the '2 sides of the same coin' metaphor. Since I had already pictured other existing Splatoon characters with quirks before starting the IA series, I had given Cuttlefish and Agent 3 One For All, to mimic the All Might and Deku relation. But since Agent 3 is a character us players have a lot of freedom in to change them up, I had to come up with proper design and personality. Hence Mika's sona became the reference point to make this hero who leads the Splatoon Agency as the new captain. And I personally enjoy the result.
