You guessed it—it’s that time of year again when fusing my two favorite Nintendo series together is relevant.

My sona is going as Link once again… for the fourth year in a row. I’m afraid she’s gotten her LoZ obsession from me. :sweat_smile:

Truth is I use this time as a yearly art comparison to see how I improved over the past year. Drawing my sona in a Link costume is always fun to do, and I would definitely go as Link myself if I went trick or treating.

Anyways, this year, I’m also submitting this costume design to the Spooky Design Contest!

It may not be completely original, but the exaggerated length of the Hylian hood surely gives a dramatic effect.

If anyone is wondering how long it took me or what I used here you go:

Time taken: 29 hours, 43 minutes

Program used: Ibis Paint X with SonarPen stylus

I blame hands and feet sketching for at least four of those hours and well, my typical slow drawing speed. Also someone please remind me my Ipad hates HD canvas sizes thanks.

On a completely irrelevant side note I can see Dekino dres as BotW 2 Link and Bonbon wearing a mini Link hat. Might be because my sona did that last year with her sea bunny.
