What’s kraken, of “Splatoon” Amino!

Our staff team has once again been searching for ways to improve our lovely community. After countless boring events and recycled ideas, it’s time for us to make a change here in Splatoon Amino.

Obviously, nobody is interested in Splatoon anymore. The series has been left to rot, with no new updates on the next installment for DAYS. Even competitive players have moved on after playing the stale matches that the game has struggled to offer. We’ve heard your , and it’s clear what you want from us.

After many long months of consideration, we have decided to completely overhaul the Amino and turn it into something much less bland and boring. We are proud to present this exciting new change and we hope you will cherish it for years to come.

INTRODUCING:

CRUSTY SEAN AMINO!

You heard that right! As of April 1st, 2021, Splatoon Amino has been retired (again) and Crusty Sean Amino will now be run in its place.

To quickly explain the new icon’s design:

• The 6 hearts represent the 6 years we’ve loved and cherished Crusty Sean

• Another Crusty is shown in the background to represent his past

• Comic Sans because Comic Sans (It’s totally Comic Sans)

It’s no surprise how much of a hit with the fans that Crusty Sean has been throughout the years. Everyone has been begging for a game starring the cool crustacean since his first appearance. With the lack of representation in official artwork and lore, it’s almost considered a crime!

Thankfully, with these new changes EVERYTHING will now be dedicated solely to our beloved prawn pal, Crusty Sean. Drawings, stories, 3D art, crafts, and quizzes are some great ways for you to share your appreciation. Make sure to share your fresh fanart for a free feature to celebrate!

Of course, you will still be permitted to create posts based around Splatoon content, as these changes are quite sudden. We won’t disable them since it might take some time for our to adjust. (Old [Guidelines] are still in place.)
