I disagree about him being the worst villain. In fact, he is in my top 5 favorite villains and is genuinely creepy which makes for a very intimidating villain, but I also respect your opinion because not all villains are perfect contrary to the list I made the worst villain in my opinion goes to infinite
Ooooh I'm curious now. A lot of people say he's the best villain. How come you think he's the worst?
His plan is completely idiotic and is the reason why 06's plot line looks like Swiss cheese.
For example: He has the power to travel through time and space
This is broken, as he could literally just win, but the story needs to happen, so of course Mephiles resorts to brain dead and convoluted decisions so the heroes have a chance to win.
However
I like Mephiles because of how he bounces off of Shadow so well
Those moments are great
Sadly, that's all they are, moments of greatness
It's like saying "oh this part looks edible" about rotten apple

Ah I see where you're coming from. Poorly executed villain because of broken powers but at least his interactions with Shadow are good
