New OC: Rai the Wolf

Here’s a villainous character of mine. Rai is a power-hungry wolf with the ability to control the weather. He loves fighting, and tends to keep grudges over the smallest of things.

Currently, he’s being hunted to stop his rampaging storms. Though, luckily, he’s happened to have met a particular cat to help him.
