This was always in my mind and no one else seemed to mind about this. Do you think that it was a greedy move by Nintendo to add characters that were already in smash (past games) as dlc?

Maybe odd, but I don’t think it’s greedy necessarily. As far as I know, it’s only happened twice, with jigglypuff in brawl and Lucas in 4. The deal with Lucas is, he was probably the most requested returning character (if there was anything related to returning characters in the 4 days). Not sure what happened to puff though. She’s the original 12, so I honestly had no idea why they’d make her DLC in brawl
I say no because the characters were probably reworked and took much time, resources, and money to make so. That's the reason I say no
