Highly requested Smash Characters can sometimes a pre-acceptance camp but calling them an official "camp" is a stretch. They're usually small, only accepting 3-5 characters and are usually run by 1 character who themselves were denied into Smash bros (based of the old Smash Bros Brawl machinima, School of Smash).
