nice to meet y’all ! my name is emily , and em is a good nickname for me . my pronouns are she/her ! i’m 18 years old . of course i love skincare and makeup , and other than that i love anything creative . :art:

i love dancing and used to take classes and compete as a hip hop & lyrical dancer , as well as beginner ballet & tap . i’ve also dabbled in being a gymnast & a cheerleader , but haven’t done those in awhile . i’m still heckin flexible though ! 🤸🏼‍♀ :dancer: 🏼

i love singing even though sometimes i’m not the best at it , and i used to be in my school choir . :microphone:

in high school i was a pretty hardcore bowler and made tons of great friends on my team . it’s an experience i’ll never forget , i loved going to team breakfasts at bob evans before tournaments ! i still love bowling and i probably will forever . :bowling:

i enjoy painting , drawing , and calligraphy . writing is another one of my favorite things to do , whether it be writing posts on amino or writing fictional stories . i’ve written a few which aren’t totally finished but you can find me on wattpad if you ask ! ✍🏻

i love gaming and watching my favorite youtube gamers like markiplier & jacksepticeye . i also enjoy watching beauty gurus on youtube , like nikkietutorials & jeffree star . :video_game: :lipstick:

i found this amino when i decided i needed a place to talk to fellow skincare addicts like myself and post all my favorite products & new hauls ! i looked up skincare and this community seemed to be the most active and well-put together . ❣

my experience level in skincare is pretty low , i’ve just started actually having a somewhat structured routine and recently in the last year or so acquired my first several skincare products . :soon:

i have about 4-6 steps in my skincare routine , which i only practice at night for the time being . i wash my face with warm water then apply cleanser , lather I’m with my hands , then wash off . then i use a toner and pat it into my skin . some nights i routinely apply a clay mask . finally , i use a serum and an under eye treatment . 🧴

my favorite brand is milk makeup ! 🥛
