I think there’s are people get mixed up a lot and many brands purposely get it wrong as well.
Hydrating and moisturising aren’t the same thing and hopefully this clears things up for people who didn’t know :)

Look for hydrating toners or serums. Ingredients like Hyaluronic acid and glycerin are some key hydrating ingredients but you can always use skincarisma and incidecoder to check for other hydrating ingredients
