i tried a few different types of exercise to make the challenge more fun and interesting for me (see my previous updates).
well the last week i’ve been doing what i think is the laziest and also most entertaining so far: watching series on my phone while indoor cycling. i workout for 30-40 min. usually.
i finished miracle workers (a hilarious comedy starring daniel radcliffe) and i started to rewatch game of thrones (preparing for the new season haha). i highly recommend this if you want to get moving a bit but don’t have the energy to do complex workouts.

That's a great idea!! Are you seeing any skin or any physical improvements yet? :o
my skin always becomes a bit smoother after working out, sometimes i have dry areas on my nose and forehead and those disappeared :)

Also that’s a really smart way to exercise tbh.
