okay, so I’m gonna talk about some basic need first, we all know everyone wants clear skin free of every insecurity we have in our face, so the first thing I’m gonna talk about is. (water) like many people keep thinking that why people keep talking about drinking lots of water like eight glass of water in a day is a must, and when you wake up in an empty stomach, you drinking empty stomach water, two glasses or three and I’m telling it will rid from bad breath, clear skin, and have some of the body acne problems. Also, I’m sorry for my English. It’s not my first language, but yeah, by the way I’m saying hydration is must like for dry skin for acne skin. Hydration is must for every kind of skin. :sparkling_heart: :kiss: 🦋   will get back again with more !! till then please now go to the kitchen and drink some water after reading this say hydrated and say like “my skin is clear” something like positive, say something like you want to get it. You don’t say that I want it. Just say I have it and I wanted more just know something about universal words🙃
