See Andrew Scott Perform Hamlet!

Not technically Sherlock, but Andrew Scott news! Almeida Theatre's production of Hamlet starring Andrew Scott is being aired on BBC2 on Saturday 31st March, 9pm! Can't see it then? I'm almost certain you can watch it online on BBC iPlayer afterwards!

I am soooo excited for this!!!! Hamlet is my favourite Shakespeare play and I was lucky enough to see Benedict Cumberbatch perform it via NT Live streaming it to cinemas - now I get the chance to see Andrew Scott perform it, too! Aaaaaa!!!!!! :D

I had tickets for it but they cancelled it a few hours before it should have started. So I'm probably not going to watch it as I'll just be super sad again that I couldn't see it live back then...

Watching a recorded version of a performance is a lot different to seeing it live though because you get to see so much more up close. It might be nice to see it, and maybe the experience will outweigh the sadness over not getting to see it live.

No, it wouldn't be the same at all. I've lost my only chance to ever see my favourite actor irl. I went to work for weeks to get enough money to see it and now it was all for nothing.
