Improving Sherlock Amino

Hi all~!! Long time, no post. Please excuse my apparent inactivity - while I have been quietly moderating in the background, I've really not been much of a Leader. And I do want to make sure I'm leading this community to the best of my ability.

I've been trying to think of ways to make sure this place is active, but a lot of the time, I feel like I'm cycling through the same few ideas I've tried before. More groups, more challenges, more discussion prompts, more crossover events... They've not always been successful, but then again, the base of this app hasn't always been the same. The nature of how we use the internet hasn't always been the same.

If you could design your own app specifically for Sherlock Holmes and/or BBC Sherlock - what would it look like? What would you do there? For a moment, forget the limits of your own ability to design and code, or the tools and resources available to you. If you're making a Sherlock app, what do you create? What do you give s the opportunity to do?

I've got some ideas about what I might do, and truthfully, amino isn't the app I'd use to do it. It's trying to be so many different sites at once in order to keep up with current online trends, it's lost its own identity and the draw of having a customisable space to call your own. But the customisation might just be its saving grace, too.

So! What do you want to see from the Sherlock Amino? Please don't be shy. I hope that some honesty from me after a period of radio silence permits me some honesty from you, too. 'Cause I've loved this place, and I love this fandom, and I want to know the best way I can serve and lead this community to feel the same.
