After everything going on, it’s really hard for me to like Shane again. He knew what it was like to have suicidal thoughts and yet he was part of a scandal that caused someone to be in his same place. So did Jeffery for that matter. And with the racist stuff and pedo stuff it’s really hard to look past. Even if that was the old him, it was still him and there are something that I believe should remain unforgivable
Honestly, shane has fault only this. He is able to forgive Jeffree’s actions but for James, he didn’t even worn him about the Tati video. Everything Tati said was pretty much proven false by James but in the posts Shane posted, he though Tati was completely correct which is *wow*. Shane also barley was in the beauty world, not even a guru since on the shaneglossin channel, he didn’t post any makeup. Him leaving the beauty community will leave no impact. Basically, he made the situation worse with his response and has people questioning his morals now.
you make a fair point. I really wish shane would've just stayed out of this. although he may have been mostly at fault or not, I think being friends w jeffree has to do w like 80% of it.

I'm not completely sure abt what is happening, I haven't been following the situation that well. To me it seems like no one is the "good one" in this. I didn't expect for shane to act like this, in jeffrees part this wasn't really a suprise. Idk
I actually feel pretty much the same. wish shane knew better though. I felt something or someone got him roped up into the whole mess bc just like it wasn't jeffree's drama, it wasn't his either. it makes me upset to know shane even played a role in this.
I think that besides everything going on at the moment, Shane knew that Jeffree said some hurtful things about Trisha and apparently he chose to ignore the fact that one of his closest friends was being name called by somebody that he calls a friend. Obviously I don’t know the full story but I’m my opinion that just shows that Shane does not have loyalty 🤷♂
I do also feel that jeffree was behind dramageddon 2.0 more than is shown. It feels as if he encouraged Tati to make the “Bye Sister” video because of some issues he was having with James. Let’s be real, James is extremely successful for someone of his age and Jeffree might have felt threatened, and yes I know people will come at me saying “Jeffree is literally rich and successful, why would he feel threatened?”. Aside from the money aspect, James is Jeffrees only REAL competitor in the beauty community, I mean why wouldn’t he feel threatened. With James he is constantly having to come up with new ideas to stay at the top. Keep in mind that the majority of jeffrees videos are influenced by money and fame. I think that jeffree heard about Tatis issues with James and began painting a false narrative so that he did not receive the initial backlash from the “sisterhood”. Then, when he saw how #cancelled James Charles was becoming, he began to jump on the bandwagon of hate knowing that the plan was working smoothly and if it had backfired, he would have been in the safe zone before he got involved.
