Old quilt WIP

So, I've had this sitting in my craft room for several years. It's something I inherited from my great-grandmother . I found it the other day and thought " Mmm... I really should finish this."

Except... I seem to have forgotten everything I ever learned about sewing in the time that this has been put away.

Like making sure all the squares are the same size ( I didn't, and they're not. Though I didn't actually cut these in the first place). Or measuring for seam allowances.

Also, there's not enough squares to finish putting the silhouettes on. Should be fun trying to find fabric that at least somewhat matches the rest of this!
