Hello! I decided to make an hourglass edit today! Its my first time doing an actual picture edit without any drawing apps so I hope this looks good! I made it with the app called PicsArt. I was also listening to midnight on Spotify.

INTRO
I was just watching the hourglass video when the idea for this edit came up, I'm an artist so ideas will normally flow through my head, I live set it off so much so I decided to make the edit today while the idea was still there.

PHASE ONE
Phase one was all about pictures. In the beginning of the video proof you will see me scrolling through my gallery for the right pictures to use, I decided to use a selfie of cody and a galaxy background that I had made a couple years ago. You will also see me searching google for an hourglass. Pictures will be shown below.

PHASE TWO
phase two was all about the placement of pictures, and opacity of them. As you will see in the video proof, I took some time to place each picture, this is a process I use to see how the picture will look in my view. The opacity is what helps me see certain things better.

PHASE THREE
phase three was all about text and drawing patterns. I decided to use more of a cursive type of text because I thought it was fitting. I also used white, dark blue, and light blue in the gradient of the text colors. The paintbrush I used for the outside of the picture was a constalation brush.
