That means it’s the month of being proud of everything about you. You already be proud of yourself, but especially in June. It also means it’s time for my annual Pride Playlist blog series. This playlist is about songs by Selena that will make you feel pride. Here it is!

This song is obviously on my playlist because as you all know, Selena wrote this song for her fans. This song shows us how much she loves us. She loves us like a love song. We give that love back. Our love for Selena is how we show our pride to be Selenators! That’s why Love You Like A Love Song is on my playlist.

Naturally

This song is obviously on my playlist because our love and pride for Selena comes Naturally. It’s easy to love her. It’s also hard to understand why some people don’t like her. When we see, or hear about anyone who doesn’t like her, it confuses us. We don’t understand why they feel the way they do about her, or anything about her. That’s why Naturally is on my playlist.

Look At Her Now

This song is obviously on my playlist because we all know that Selena is a beautiful goddess. We are always saying look at her now every time we see her and when she accomplish something. There is no reason not to look at her! That’s all you want to do. That’s why her picture from the Who Says music video is my wallpaper on my phone. That’s also why I have a standing framed picture of her from the music video for Love You Like A Love Song. That’s why Look At Her Now is on my playlist.

Like A Champion

This song is obviously on my playlist because being a Selenator is like being a champion!Everything we do, we do like a champion! Even if Selena doesn’t win an award at an awards show, we all win just because we are Selenators! In fact we don’t have to do anything to be a champion!Just being a Selenator qualifies for being a champion! That’s why Like A Champion is on my playlist.

Who Says

This song is obviously on my playlist because you have to have pride in yourself before anyone else can be proud of you. The same goes for love. You have to love yourself for anyone to love you. Love and acceptance begins with you. That’s why Who Says is on my playlist.

A Year Without Rain

This song is obviously on my playlist because as I mentioned, if you have pride, people will like you. That means they will miss you when you leave. Having pride means that you will be loved and missed. Having pride means popularity among friends. That’s why A Year Without Rain is on my playlist.
