This is going to be really boring but I believe in participation so...
I can’t place exactly when I fell in love with science, since it has always been a big part of my life. I would do those science kits for children with my parents, ask my teachers question until they had to try and explain to me why we weren’t covering the subject more than the amount we were covering it, and for a very long time math was my absolute favorite subject (this was before I discovered physics and chemistry).
It probably helped that my parents were both scientists – and really smart (if anyone tells them I said that I will deny everything) and encouraged me to do what I wanted academically. I was in a very small, advanced math class when I was nearing the end of primary school and ed a science club in secondary/high school. I also participated in a few olympiads (science olympiads obviously, I don't do running). There was never really any question for me about it.
I also started researching things for fun when I was around thirteen and only got worse from there. Partially the fault of this amino which I ed when I was about sixteen. Not that I can complain since I’ve been here for a long time and still find it so cool despite it not being as active as it used to be (I’ll it to a couple of hiatuses myself).
Basically, I don’t know when it started. Science has brought me friends, endless curiosity, and more joy to my life. It also brought me opportunities to compete and understand the world around me. And, despite the fact that I have definitely gotten frustrated and angry and wanted to quit a few times, I don’t think my love for science will ever end.

Also, have a colour you want your title in?

Apologies for the late change, I thought I changed your title correctly, but it didn’t change.
Was this new colour the pink you wanted

Oh, it's fine. I just assumed you were too busy :joy: no worries
Thank you so much for participating in this event, it seems your the only one so I’ll end some extra props to show our appreciation
It was interesting to know how your path to science was somewhat determined somewhat due to your parents both following the direction of science - I bet it must be very cool (even if you won’t it it) that your parents are scientists
And yes haha sorry that this amino made you hooked, but I’ll say in one way or another this amino certainly shaped and help people who love science explore their interests
It was a pleasure reading your post, and once again thanks for participating- although our activity is low now, we still have like yourself that keep this place a wonderful space.
Yeah, it's cool. I'm just constantly getting outdebated by them at the dinner table 🤣 :sob:
