I guess it depends, what’s the goal your trying to accomplish, I assume the only way to conquer is to continue without losing hope; however if you have maybe talking some time off to reflect might help.

Sometimes we can focus towards a goal, but can’t achieve it, it hurts but with a change of perspective we can try again.
