Why are you entering?

This looked like fun. I'm really into debates such as these. As for why Inari is entering. She wants to prove herself, and by fighting in the tournament. She sees this as a opportunity to get stronger.

Who are you entering?

What are they? A arctic Vuplekin from the planet Inari.

Hero of Villain?

What is their element of power?

Illusions.

Visual illusions and making people feel pain without actual injuries.

What magical attacks/abilities do they have?

All of the abilities listed bar charged shot require Inari to concentrate on them.

Inari Phobophilia. Inari channels her energy into a foes mind and makes their worst fears come to life. It has a nasty drawback however, as Inari is guaranteed to have a night terror the next time she falls asleep. (Concentration)

What the target sees very from person to person, for example. She could make Sailor Moon think she is covered in spiders, or make Chbi Moon hallucinate seeing a horrifying monster.

Power rating. 7/10 The drawback is irrelevant in battle but would still make Inari hesitant to use it.

Inari Grandeur. Inari makes a group of targets see beautiful illusions, from breathtaking gardens to adorable animals. (Concentration)

Power rating. 3/10. This is more of a stress healing move then a offencive one.

Inari’s Flute of Slumber. Inari summons a flute and plays a tune that lulls a target to sleep. (Concentration)

Power rating. 5/10 powerful but can be quite unreliable realistically.

Justice and Vengeance charge shot. Inari holds the trigger down on Justice and Vengeance, a pair of energy blasters. Then she releases the trigger and a powerful blast of energy is shot at a target.

Power rating. 6/10. A consistently useful attack.

Inari Divine Smite. Inari channels the energy from her star seed into Blood Moon. (The sword that she uses.) A red lightning aura sparks around the blade before Inari swings the blade and red lighting spews forth from the blade. It consumes life force to use, making it extremely risky. Intresting thing to note, the electricity doesn't leave burn marks like normal electricity. It just makes the body think it's being electrocuted.

Power rating . 10/10 with a very nasty drawback. It could kill Inari from exhaustion if she isn't careful.

Transmutation.

All Vuplekin can transmutate a weapon into a earring for storage. It's how Inari keeps her weapons on her until she got a holster for Justice and Vengeance

Do they use a weapon/magic item?

Yes

A katana named Blood Moon and her blasters, Justice and Vengeance.

What is their range and specialty?

Yes. Two weapons.

Blood Moon is a close range weapon while Justice and Vengeance are mid range

Close to Mid range fighter.

What is their fighting style?

Mixed.

Inari prefers to mix up her sword and blaster attacks, and uses her acrobatic skills to dodge attacks. She doesn't use her abilities much as they are taxing on her mind and body.

Do they have any battle skill(s)?

She has expertise in firearms, kendo, gymnastics, and acrobatics. Her father was a stunt double, and taught her everything related to that line of work. Inari had a friend who was a weapon merchant and he taught her how to shoot with a gun. She was taught by the village swordsman, Kaito. She is also extremely athletic, and spent hours in the gym.

BC]Tell us a bit about their personality in how it would relate to a fight.

Pessimistic, but experienced. She's brave, and stubborn. But not much in the intellectual department.

Inari has a short temper that can be exploited.

What are their strengths and weaknesses?

Inari’s strengths are.

Inari’s Flute of Slumber can instantly end a fight if uninterrupted. However, she has to concentrate and not mess up the notes. She is completely defenceless when she uses it as she needs to close her eyes to concentrate.

They have 2 minutes to cover their ears or stop her.

Her sword and blasters give her options. She can definitely be unpredictable.

For Weaknesses. Her powers are taxing on her mind, and Inari Divine Smite uses some of her life force every time it's used.

She has a major allergy to bee and wasp venom, just one sting sends her into anaphylactic shock.

She has severe mental trauma that can be exploited, such as watching her father die before her. Or getting experimented on by a scientist.

Her enhanced hearing leaves her weak to sonic based attacks and dog whistles.

✲Attack Damage: 8/10✲

Blood Moon is incredibly sharp, and a charged shot hurts. Inari Divine Smite is definitely going to hurt if it hits someone.

✲Defence: 3/10✲

Inari has little in the way in defences. She has to rely on dodging and deflecting attacks.

✲Stamina: 3/10✲

Inari can keep going for quite a while if she doesn't use her powers. But eventually, her powers will exhaust her.

✲Speed: 7/10✲

Inari is a quick mover due to her sprint speed being 15 mph.

✲Agility: 9/10*

Inari has very acrobatic, she can do backflips, summorsaults, and cartwheels with ease. Her father worked as a stunt double, and taught her everything related to that line of work.

✲Reflexes: 6/10✲

Inari’s sense of smell and hearing is more sensitive then a humans. Leading to above average reflexes.

✲Physical Strength: 7/10✲

Katsumi’s has great strength from the time she spent in the gym weightlifting. She is equal to Sailor Jupiter in of strength.

✲Mental Strength: 4/10✲

Inari is resistant to mental torture and her strong will makes brainwashing her almost impossible. But she has a short fuse and a few well placed taunts will cause her to loose her cool.

✲Intelligence: 4/10✲

Inari isn't a fool. But not much in the tactics department, she's reacts more then stragitice.

✲Empathy: 4/10✲

Inari has a competitive spirit and doesn't mind getting into a scrap.

✲Magical Strength: 7/10✲

Her illusions are quite powerful. She can bring out someone's worst fears, create illusions around the battlefield and make someone feel like they are being electrocuted.

✲Luck: 2/10✲

Inari hasn't had the best luck in life. She was picked on at school. She lost her father. As a result. Her poor luck has left her pessimistic at best and self loathing at worst.

Katsumi was walking down the cobblestone road, she was tired from training all day at the gym. As she walked down the road, she noticed there was a bright and vibrant poster on the window to Crown Game Centre.

“Heroes and Villains! Have you got what it takes to be a legend? Come on down and compete in our fabulous yearly tournament!”

The poster said as Katsumi examined it, she got thrilled about it.

“This could be my chance to show Minako how far my training has come! I will also get stronger by competing! “ Katsumi thought to herself. She then went to the arena and signed up.
