Ok, this one was the most difficult to figure out. What to draw for mutated? I brainstormed and even googled for suggestions or ideas. The only thing I saw was a suggestion for a youtube video: „senshi vs. mutated dr. tomoe“ and yeah. I drew him transforming into the monster from Sailor Moon Crystal Season 3. Worst one yet tbh. but hope you like it anyway :)
