Hello, so some of you may be aware of some of the issues that have involved the OCCG and it's side branch the MSP. I want to address this here and now and what the plans are for this going forward.

There are some who have taken issue with how we have operated over the time that the MSP has been active. And those concerns have been heard. We do accept there have been times that our team has been unnecessarily harsh with it's clients. However there have also been cases where I think clients have overreacted. Regardless, we've decided to make very clear rules on how we are going to operate. We started using this change for a few weeks now but today we have made it 100% required of everyone on the team. And just so there is no confusion on those rules, I shall be sharing them with you so you too are aware of what the MSP's limits are.

1. Any and All discussions with potential critique receivers must begin with some variation of "Are you open to some constructive criticism?"

2. If the decline the offer for Constructive Criticism, leave them alone. Do not continue the conversation.

3. If they accept, be polite about your critique, highlight some good aspects of the OC.

4. If a helpful guide exists that might help them with their issue, include a link to it.

5. Only one person will work with a . We do not want to overwhelm the person, only have more than one if asked to assist.

6. If another not in the MSP or OCCG tries to the discussion with the , ignore them. Do not engage them.

7. If they have other questions, link them to the OCCG's chat and let the people there handle it if they decide to .

8. If they don't the OCCG chat, do not pressure them into doing so.

9. Remind them that it is Optional to act on our critiques. They don't have to follow it.

These will be the rules we will abiding by, and know that team who violate these rules shall be given consequences.

I also want to take a moment to remind the community that when we approach you, we are NOT here to attack you or your OC, we are here to offer help in making you a better Character Creator and Writer. Also, you do NOT have to take the advice that is given to your OC by the team. You have the right to not change your character, if that wasn't clear before, let it be clear now.

You are NOT obligated to change your OC in accordance to OCCG and MSP Advice, it's a reccomendation only, NOT a requirement.
