OK, so, I'm saying to myself, I am thicc, I am fat. I want to loose weight, but I don't have the time. I'm starting to think to myself, I don't want to be at anymore. I'm overweight, and I don't like it. So, I'm not going to eat anymore

This might be cringey but check out something called “subliminals” on YouTube. Eating less won’t help at all.

1. If you really want to lose weight, do some research, find out what works for your body, but starvation is not going to work, and the weight you will lose by that will not only be fat storage, but also muscle, while muscle helps burn fat and calories quicker.

2. Just by making a few changes in your diet you can lose weight more easily, like replacing one unhealthy meal a day for a healthier option, cutting out sugary drinks and beverages, adding more vegetables and fruits to your diet. Some fruits and vegetables (if not most) are low in calories, but eating a quite large amount of them will make you feel fuller.

Some sites or youtubers will advise vegan or low carb diets, although vegan diets should be accompanied by taking extra supplements to get the necessary vitamins your body needs, and low carb diets basically cut out your energy (which you mainly get from carbs throughout the day), and might cause headaches, fatigue and cause you to get irritated faster/ cause a bad mood. For some people it works, for others it doesn't, but it all depends on their lifestyle and their bodies.

Do keep in mind that losing weight takes time to show the result, and that if you decide to cut out refined sugars that it can cause headaches, fatigue and a bad mood as well, but that should only last for a few days, before you'll probably feel a lot better.

Starvation is not really an option, but if you do slowly start to watch and restrict what you eat, you'll eventually lose weight.

I'm not a nutritionist, but I did do some research for personal gains in the past, but I hope this helps a bit.

For major diet changes, or lifestyle changes for that matter, I would personally suggest waiting till you have a holiday so you have enough time to do research and plan it out.

I hope to have helped you out for now, but please don't try to starve yourself. I had a friend who tried to do the same, only eating a small bit at dinner and nothing throughout the day. He ed out at school after three days. I had to convince him to go home, just because he looked like he was about to out again, and he looked physically sick.

I'd also suggest seeking the help of a nutritionist, since they can give you better advice and help you step by step.

Don't stop eating, control what you eat such as healthy foods that will help but it takes time

Starving can actually lead to weight gain, because your stomach muscles which hold your guts in will be weaker or broken down for protein (which is needed for survival) so your stomach will appear larger because of the weaker muscles. I'd recommend speaking to your GP about losing weight as starvation will only make it worse. Have a lovely day Morgan

I'd recommended eating healthy. Dont eat stuff with a lot of fat but don't starve yourself either. I ended up in the hospital for 4 months by doing that.
