On January 13, Youtooz's X announced something very special: A RWBY collab is happening once again!
The exact date when the merchandise will be available was not shared
On January 14, Youtooz shared previews of all four designs on it's X , along with a statement that they will be available on January 21st. The designs can be found below:
These announcements has made waves for several reasons. It the first collab we have seen since Viz's acquisition of the series.
However, perhaps more notably, a specific detail on the January 13th teased merch image has caught much of the FNDM's attention: "Watch RWBY on Rooster Teeth :copyright: 2025." This has caused speculation that Rooster Teeth is reviving. At the time of writing this post, no proof of such rumor could be found and it is presumed that Youtooz simply was misinformed about RWBY's ownership.

Oh, I'm well aware. But, well, our fandom doesn't exactly have the greatest track record in of actually thinking things through, so had to debunk the rumor before someone actually believed it :sweat_smile:
