rowan is my little interpretation if Watts had ended up making his own “Penny” with a twist. Rowan used to be a living person before an accident that ended her life

fun facts!!

• she’s inspired by Penny Polendina from RWBY, Astro from Astroboy, Circus Baby from FNaF SL, and @velinxi on instagram with their drawing of Ramattra.

• her story is inspired the one of Astroboy. She was a student at Beacon, had her own team and yadda yadda, but then the fall of Beacon Academy happened and ended up killing her.

• She was recovered by the bad guys :scream: Though it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows since the only reason Watts had brought her back was as an experiment.

• she is also a bad guy. I just like making evil people >:)

• i do want to make her a good guy as well, so i think it’ll be after Watts’ death for logic sake (on my end)

• when she was alive, she was around Yang’s age range sooooo yeah

• when alive, her semblance was called Numbing. When skin to skin is made, the person she touches would feel a numbing sensation in that limb for 20 seconds. Watts wasn’t able to replicate her semblance, so she technically no longer has one.

these are some drawings i did of her so i could get used to her design. I just love it so much!
