I did an #icebreaker post

when I first ed this

community but as that

was some time ago, a

lot has changed.

So here's the new

version of my icebreaker!

My name is something I used to go

by back when I ed this amino: Lyra

But I mostly go by the name Leo :)

I think I started about four years ago

so I've been roleplaying for quite a bit

I haven't had a lot of practice lately though

so my roleplaying skills might be a bit rusty

I was first introduced to roleplaying

through fandom roleplays on Instagram

and even though those roleplays were

much different from the ones I do here,

I loved it and went looking for other

platforms on which roleplaying was

popular.

I found that it was a great way to

express one's creativity and back

then it was also a way for me to

practice my English

My roleplay style is semi-literate to literate,

I usually write a few paragraphs depending

on what my partner gives me to work with.

I'd say my style is pretty flexible so usually

I just write as much as my partner does.

I write in third person point of view and use

quotations for when my character is talking

I like roleplaying action and fantasy,

if the plot is well developed.

I enjoy roleplaying plots that

include lots of character development

and help both of us further explore

our characters

as I simply don't find them interesting

I use my own original characters for roleplaying

I'm not comfortable with using canon

characters from a fandom in roleplays

or roleplaying as others' characters

My characters are mostly realistic but

I try to make them diverse, that way

roleplays are more interesting for

both my partner and I

My main hobbies are acting and music -

I love acting and have even written plays

myself and as my whole family is at least

in some way connected to music, I too

am currently learning several instruments.

I also like to read, write, and sometimes draw

and as a fun fact I've also been trying to start

streaming on twitch :)
