this mf took way too long for me to design :sob: the canvas it’s on says i’ve spent 5 hours on it O)_(O but tbf i also drew a couple silly sketches after that and also had a completely failed attempt prior to this

i’m gonna ramble a bit about my thought process too 👁
basically i originally wanted the design to be much more animalistic (not with a human upper body) cuz i was inspired by a design that made him a big salamander :eyes: !! but i realized i dunno how to draw and gave up on that :skull:
my original concept was to combine a salamander and a basking shark, and those little fins in the finished design is to pay a tribute to that :]
i knew that if i wanted to make him have a human-like torso, i wanted him to be fat o)_(o i very much struggled but i eventually got the look i was wanting :’D
