NOTES.
› An “anchor” is a means to remind yourself to maintain mental focus and lucidity. Gently attach your awareness to the something and allowing it to act as an “anchor”.
› You will know when you have entered the hypnagogic state if you feel your awareness slipping from you/dozing off to unconscious sleep and you feel extremely drowsy, foggy, groggy - like you could just barely open your eyelids if you forced it and hard to think or form proper thoughts.
› It doesn’t matter whether you actually believe in your assumptions so continue to persist and don’t focus on the doubts.

Hi! May I ask what is an example of an anchor?
Hi! Have you fully shifted with the phase method?
