It's from the Rem/ Sloth IF story,they added it as an Easter egg for the light novel readers.
Oh btw,some people are saying that these images showed Rem's wish/desire before she lost to Gluttony.
Those images are from Rem what if story.
Basically a easter egg for thise who read it.
I did know where they where from. It just kinda hurts though if an easter egg is all it is. :cry:
Well......the are not eaten its like how subaru's ability works with the memory of everyone but in this case the memory "eating" is being done to one person to Rem.
