The drone continues flying around, peeking into a window, watching a higher-up doing some sort of paperwork to start their day, zooming in on a folder labeled ‘confidential’.

”That’s the issue with all this new tech. We’re relying on it to do our jobs for us. Scouting, hacking, fighting.”

In a moment, the camera goes dark, the screen reading ‘CONNECTION LOST’, before switching to a view of a U.S Army Ranger Sergeant, his cover sitting snugly on his head, the amber glow of a sunrise hitting his cammies, alongside the drone-killer in his hand as, in the distance, the drone fluttered to the ground, falling apart as other marines watched on.

”Rely on your eyes first. And your gun. And do what you need to do.”

To end the video, the sergeant would light a cigar, before the screen went black.

Biography:

Born during the midst of a messy Divorce, Peter Ashton-Brown was born to two extremely unqualified parents, who were both later arrested on drug charges. Almost immediately, Ashton-Brown was placed under custody of his older Aunt. His Aunt was a nurse in Vietnam, and as such, Ashton-Brown was raised in a military household. He grew to value hard work and determination, and while he wasn't the best at school, he made a name for himself on the schoolyard. Ashton-Brown constantly got into fights as a kid, learning the hard way that the only time to pick a fight was when you knew you would win. When his Uncle died in the 9/11 attacks, Brown vowed that his father-figure's death would not be in vain. ed by his Aunt, he Enlisted for the U.S army in the Summer of 2006, and immediately began training.

Prior to being assigned to the 75th, Brown was part of an Op-For (Opposing-Force) unit known as the 509th Airborne Infantry. During his time in the 509th, Brown led multiple "Excursions" into friendly territory, and even helped the 509th dig the tunnels under and around Fort Polk, Lousiana. He was activated during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Freedom's Sentinel. During both of his deployments in Iraq, Brown distinguished himself as an expert marksman. Shortly after returning to Fort Polk, he was offered a spot in the prestigious 75th Ranger regiment. He proceeded to distinguish himself as an participant in the 2017 and 2018 sniper competitions, Winning both competitions. While he was the designated spotter, Brown was able to discern himself during the vehicle combat portion of the competitions. This led to RAINBOW's initial interest in Brown. He was later recruited to the team as a counter-intelligence operator, making use of a IXI Drone Killer in Counter-Intelligence operations.

This weapon utilizes radio waves to effectively annihilate an drone, both manned and unmanned. It is able to take out both class 1 and 2 drones. In the hands of an expert, the IXI is a force to be reckoned with.

Making use of .22LR rounds, this handgun is a marksman's smallest weapon. While it lacks a sight, it's long barrel effectively turns it into a concealable sniper.
