Day 17 of the love yourself challenge. I exercised today and I have to say, I feel...good? I actually do feel really nice and happy. Before I exercised, I felt tired and kind of slow and after the workout I felt tired, still, but a little more alert about things. I'm starting my own workout schedule tomorrow and seeing how long I can stick to that, how I feel after a few weeks, what I notice changing, how my attitude improves, etc. I feel good after the workout so I do want to keep doing it
