Don't get me wrong, Trump is obviously a Zionist to his core, and still pursuing the Abraham accords regardless of whether Netanyahu is part of normalization talks or not. Which, is good for peace, actually. I think Trump finally realized the one who's getting in the way of peace in the middle east is, in fact, Netanyahu at the moment. Arab states are willing to normalize relations only under the condition that Israel stop its genocidal bombing campaign. Israel has rejected that.

If I was president, I would have pulled back a long time ago. There's no reason for America to be involved in a foreign war.
