Elect Ivan aka the guy who had been actively fucking over himself and the PLC (Livonian War), the King of Sweden (who would actually be a good choice out of these because he was also fighting Ivan), the person who was king of or secure an Alliance with the Habsburg family who rules the HRE right next to you and Spain.

Meh close enough. Overall Ernest would be my choice due to the general level of Habsburg power and influence at the time.
