While I will talk about my thoughts on his team in another post, I will talk about why I like him. Twelve words: He beat Ash, the most overrated character other than Red and Cynthia. So yea. Also, Darkrai is my favorite Mythical/Legendary. And Latios i within my top ten favorite Hoenn Pokemon. So that, folks, is why I like Tobias.
Oh, and the epic battle.
You have to be stupid to not love this moment.
And this moment was great.
So now I conclude.

He used hacked Pokémon. Also, Darkrai is illegal in competitive, assuming of course that this wasn't Ubers, and if it was then Ash shouldn't have been battling in Ubers. :smirk:
Tiers are irrelevant in the anime. In fact they aren't even actual things in the game. Smogon first started dividing Pokémon into different tiers so that they could have a competitive meta. So you can't really apply this to something that does not have anything to do with smogon.
I see someone has strong feelings.
