Burning thoughts in a frozen mind of ice,

Within the dreams beyond a shattered world.

Thus pain drowned in cries when god throws the dice,

For the screams thou freed by the pages thou turned.

Thus a mind caught in awe thou cries o’ break,

To the rain behind thy door thou pulled awake.

O’ songs cast around above the roses of glass,

Thus the feet left stains from where thou dance.

Thine struggle remained within a mind of ash,

Through no heaven nor hell thou gave a glance.

Thus thy story to lore on pages that break,

Washed ashore where the fairies they take.

For where death a proof that thou had been living,

In a corner so deep that shadows they shiver.

O’ my dreams they nightmares of demons forgiven,

Where angels in blood before god they quiver.

A world of belief that in disbelief it breaks,

For the life thou had trusted thou soul it forsakes.

O’ wings thou wore chained down to the ground,

Thus the key hast been hold in the palm thou wield.

For thou freedom by others cannot be found,

By those who had thou will get bound and yield.

For thou heart does not seem to break,

But thy soul it shatter by every breath thou take.
