Hi everyone! This is my first post on here, and hopefully the first of many!
This is for the #WC105 challenge!
I know it’s about describing your significant other, but I don’t have one of those just yet ^^”
However! I did describe the future of what it would be like with one!

I don’t have someone
Well, I have people
Tons of people to love
But THAT one?
THAT one person
Who I will love
To the ends of time
In their worst times
In their best times?
No, not yet.
But maybe soon.
I can picture it now,
Us holding hands
Walking across the beach.
If they don’t like the beach,
I’m always up for doing other things.
Maybe they like movies,
And we can cuddle up on the couch
Under a blanket with popcorn
Binge watching The Office
Or even anime
Or Harry Potter?
Maybe one day was rough for them
Maybe one day was rough for me
But I will hold them in my arms
Tell them everything will be okay
Whisper words of love
How I will never leave them
How they’re so perfect to me
How they’re my whole world.
Hopefully that’ll make them feel better.
I would do anything I could
To make them feel better.
Hearing their laugh
Makes my heart flutter
Knowing that they are happy
Simply just makes me happy.
Seeing that smile creep across their face
Laughing at my stupid jokes
Laughing at videos online
Laughing at little things.
That smile.
That beautiful smile
That can make any day warmer
Clear the clouds away
And make me happy.
When I meet this person
Or who knows,
Maybe I already have,
I will do everything I can for them,
And hopefully they’d do the same for me.
Now this is love
Through the good times and bad
Through darkness and light
Through sorrow and happiness
Always being there
Right beside them
Giving all the love one can possibly give.
That’s love.
One day, I’ll find it.
Sometime soon, or years in the future.
We all can find that special person.
And once that day comes
It will be the best day
The sunniest day
The warmest day
The perfect day.
Holding hands and kissing
That special someone
After all this waiting.
That’s the day I look the most forward to.
