with my constant infuriating mood swings

and my sudden bursts of attitude

yet, you still say ‘I love you’

I know I can be annoying

with my sudden complains of enragement

and my cries of overwhelming thoughts

yet, you still say ‘I love you’

I know I can be a nightmare

with my yells of terrifying fear

and my sleepless nights that leave me insane

yet, you still say ‘I love you’

I know I can be very lost

with my poems full of ethereal emotions

and my lament view of the world

yet, you still say ‘I love you’

I know my life is incipient

with my youth only being the beginning

and my mistakes creating the future me

I know I can be so much more

with my past being the light to my future

and your love guiding me along the way

I know, that this stage of accepting your love

will be the betterment of us both

so with this age of acceptance, I say;
