From hell to haunt you again :]

When I woke up this morning I sure as heck wasn't expecting to run into the monster from my nightmares

"Oh god, what are you doing here?" is all that managed to escape from my lips

She said nothing, she just stood there as if she was meant to be in this place, which was not the case, whilst down her cheek rolled a pair of tears

The mere shape of her face brought me to the land of nostalgia, back to the sea filled with dying ships

There we were again, on the stormy sea, on one of the last of the boats still afloat, beneath us the teeth of a beast

The crew cried out, and so did she, as well as I and we all drowned there on the spot, nowhere to run, just to the others

Yet I woke up on a snowy field, slowly melting from the summer heat soon to come, by me a farmer with a bunch of sheep, but the crew did not awake, and neither did you, all of us were meant to be deceased

But I was left to tell the tale and relive it daily, on the nights that I could drif to the land of sleep, I was the one to tell your fate to your mothers

So why are you here, I see you each night but at this moment I think I'm still awake

You know you're the devil now, way more horrid than the beast and crueler than fate

Have you come to make me shiver all day and eat me at dusk, what else is there left to take?

But the tears now filled your face up hole, I barely even saw your cheeks, so I'm afraid that in the end I still took the bait
